A repair by the supplier usually takes 4 to 6 weeks.


31. Which defects are covered by warranty?

The warranty conditions are described by the manufacturer in the accompanying documentation. It is the manufacturer who decides whether or not a defect is covered by the warranty.


32. Which defects are not covered by warranty?

The warranty does not apply to battery, watch strap and glass breakage. The warranty is void if you open the timepiece yourself and if it is used incorrectly.


33. Does Ice-Watch Store Antwerp also repairs Ice-Watch watches that are no longer covered by warranty?

If your watch is two years old and no longer under warranty, or if your watch has a defect that is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty conditions, it is best to drop by with your defective timepiece in the Ice-Watch Store in the Stadsfeestzaal on de Meir in Antwerp. This way we can immediately determine the cause of the defect and provide a price estimate for repair.
